Movie Reviews - Gnomeo & Jullet

Okay, I have to admit, when I first heard of this movie I thought, "How lame." However; after watching it I am happy to say I absolutely love it! I enjoyed the humor and the story, but the thing I love the most is the strong messages about not judging others and choosing to forgive rather than hold on to a grudge.

Favorite Features -

excellent animation - full of color
humor throughout - adults will enjoy this story as much as the children
great songs throughout - written by Sir Elton John - including Crocodile Rock
story is fun and has important messages

This is a movie the entire family can and will enjoy together. It won't take much for you to be "pulling" for Gnomeo and Juliet and whether you ever read Shakespeare's original or not, you will love this story! From the lawn mower races to the "sneak attacks" - who knew gnomes could wreck so much havoc?! Watch this movie with your family and be sure to talk about the important messages you see in this story! Tremendously well done!
